This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated Junior Marketing Expert to join a dynamic team and contribute to the communication strategies for Central Europe. As a Junior Central Europe Communications Specialist, you will play a vital role in coordinating marketing communications activities, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting the execution of various marketing initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content, manage local events, and maintain accurate records of marketing activities.
This role is offered as a 6-month limited contract, with potential for extension.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Campaign & Content Management: Coordinate the development, localization, and updates of marketing materials (brochures, website content, social media posts) in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
- Event Support: Provide operational support for local events, including medical congresses and training workshops.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all communication channels.
- Marketing Administration: Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, tools, and budgets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to achieve marketing objectives.
- Adaptability: Undertake additional marketing-related tasks as required.
Qualification and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar marketing or communications role.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English. Proficiency in a third language is a plus.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in standard computer applications, with experience in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
- Digital Literacy: Familiarity with digital communication tools and social media platforms (preferred).
