Within the Global Retail Experience & Services department, the Global Retail Systems & Operations team is dedicated to developing strategies, concepts, and tools to standardize and optimize in-store processes for all our Points of Sale (POS) worldwide.

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Junior Manager Retail Business Systems (m/f/d) to join our team for a 2-year(s) period, starting as soon as possible.

What you can expect:

1. Work with a target-oriented and agile approach on various engaging global projects aimed at HUGO BOSS retail.
2. Manage various initiatives related to stockroom (back-of-house) operations, collaborating closely with internal project managers, key retail stakeholders, and departments such as Retail Training and Store Design, as well as retail teams worldwide.
3. Continuously update, digitalize, and localize store operations guidelines and manuals in collaboration with key retail stakeholders and global retail teams.
4. Utilize dedicated retail communication platforms and channels to support projects and initiatives in their (change) communication and training.

Working in this diverse environment will provide you with the opportunity to build an interesting network. Additionally, you will expand your knowledge and skills in new directions while supporting focus topics for HUGO BOSS retail.

Your profile:

1. Studies related to Business, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Textile/Retail Management, or a retail business background, ideally in fashion retail and stockroom (back-of-house) operations.
2. Flexibility and adaptability to the needs of the business.
3. Willingness to constantly learn and develop.
4. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
5. Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
6. Ability to grasp IT processes and applications. Experience with SharePoint is a plus.
7. Strong organizational skills and a structured work approach with attention to detail.
8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team, including remote work.
9. Pro-active and solution-oriented approach with effective time management.
10. Cultural knowledge and awareness.
