We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Manager Global Retail Business Systems & Operations (m/f/d) to support our team.

What you can expect:

1. Support the Product Owner in our Omnichannel Project, in meetings and exchanges with internal departments.
2. Assist with market introduction or rollout of defined requirements in the area of retail.
3. Work on developments, strategic processes and their optimization within the retail environment.
4. Support and execute end-user tests including documentation, in close collaboration with global business departments and IT.
5. Develop and deliver training documentation, and train end-users.
6. Collaborate closely with our global markets and teams.
7. Communicate and coordinate globally with various stakeholders.
8. Provide end-user support of the rolled out tools at an international level.

Your profile:

1. Successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree, or an equivalent qualification.
2. Experience in implementation of analytical tasks and rollouts as well as project management incl. agile methods.
3. Practical experience, ideally in the retail sector.
4. Understanding of retail systems and business processes.
5. Affinity for information and systems technology.
6. Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, Jira) and an independent working style.
7. Teamwork ability, commitment, and strong communication skills.
8. Willingness to travel.
9. Good English skills, both written and spoken.
