(Junior) Logistics Manager (m/f/d) – Transportation

We, the logistics team, are responsible for managing and expanding the ABOUT YOU logistics network. We coordinate the cooperation with national and international logistics partners while monitoring relevant key figures and continuously developing our logistics processes to offer the best possible service. Together, we manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and transport service providers globally. We use KPIs and reporting systems to coordinate and monitor the daily flow of goods and to adapt our existing logistics network and infrastructure. We take care of all logistics services for our warehouse network, transport services, and packaging materials. Our approach is universal: we tackle operational challenges and develop strategic recommendations for action. Your first logistics task: send us your application – ideally just in time!

As (Junior) Logistics Manager (m/f/d) – Transportation, you and your team will be responsible for all operational transport processes and will manage and monitor our national and international transport service providers. You will also be responsible for analysing, presenting, and evaluating all relevant logistics key figures.

Responsibilities

• Control and monitoring of existing transport processes
• Presentation and evaluation of relevant KPIs
• Preparation and implementation of analyses and planning for the operational management of our transport service providers
• Analysing operational business drivers and deriving measures to optimise the customer experience
• Working closely with national and international companies/cooperation partners in logistics & fashion
• Ensuring our high-quality standards
• Checking the content of monthly invoices, clarifying discrepancies, and continuously improving invoicing processes

Requirements

• Completed degree in economics, ideally with a focus on logistics
• 1-2 years of professional experience in the management of transport service providers and/or logistics
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to comprehend quickly, strong initiative, and goal-orientation
• Analytical thinking and numerical skills
• Assertiveness and an open-minded demeanour
