Junior Lease Consultant

Location : Dsseldorf Germany & Dublin Ireland

Work Model : Hybrid after 6 months details to be discussed

Remuneration : 35K EUR Gross / year (negotiable up to 50K uncapped commissions)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Achieve sales targets and enjoy uncapped commissions.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate contract terms with property owners regarding telecom antenna setups.
• Follow up with property owners to secure commitments.
• Stay organized and maintain updates in the internal database.
• Thrive in an international environment alongside talented and innovative professionals.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Native or fluent in German (C1 level) with strong written and spoken communication skills. Fluency in English is also required.
• Enthusiastic with a desire to learn and grow.
• Proven experience in sales and negotiations.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
