As a Junior Lead Management Manager (m/f/x), you will play a pivotal role in driving premium leads, customer acquisition, and revenue with operational excellence. Reporting to the Head of Lead Management, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team including but not limited to product, tech, and sales to expand more lead acquisition channels, qualify leads, and create a customized lead routing mechanism, ultimately driving lead numbers and converted customers. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in an inspiring environment in Hamburg or Paris with the flexibility to balance in-office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data enrichment:
    Based on the existing customer data pool, acquire new user information via data purchase or data crawling, completing more diverse user profiles, which ultimately contributes to the leads scoring model and generates incremental leads and customers.
  • Management of affiliates:
    Develop and manage potential affiliate partners via paid resource exchange, etc., to acquire qualified lead sources. With help from the lead nurturing team, upgrade the attributes of potential customers from awareness to the lifecycle bottom funnel and dispatch matured leads to the sales team.
  • Data crawling:
    Collaborate with the tech team, leverage expertise, and automate processing tools to crawl qualified leads from relevant industrial websites, including B2B platforms, vertical e-commerce platforms, and online yellow pages, contributing to massive lead growth.
  • Lead routing:
    Based on different features and phases of development, create a tailored lead routing strategy to maintain a smooth and highly efficient lead dispatch mechanism, driving growth in treatment and conversion rates, ultimately leading to incremental leads and customers.
  • Communication:
    Frequently communicate with the global sales team, collect requirements and feedback on lead development and management, and create relevant solutions with help from external stakeholders, especially with product, tech, data, and business application teams.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience as a working student or intern, with proven records in data enrichment, lead routing, and data crawling.
  • Good knowledge of SQL, Python, and Knime is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent analytical skills and good communication, as well as an outgoing personality for stakeholder management.
  • Experience in data management, preferably with an understanding of sales and marketing in a B2B context. Understanding the subtleties of sales funnels and lead-generation processes will enable you to contribute effectively to our team.
  • Familiarity with process automation tools and CRM platforms, such as HubSpot and SugarCRM, is advantageous. Experience in streamlining workflows and utilizing CRM systems will help optimize operational work efficiently.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
