Tasks

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
• Being a competent support regarding HR IT domain
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support in English and German
• Communicating and building a good relationship with team and our customers
• Acknowledging and resolving customer requests
• Fulfilling requests with accuracy and attention to details
• Maintaining process database and documentation
• Cooperating with colleagues from the team and other departments to provide the best service
• Actively participating in the IT community
• Working with Product Manager responsible for respective system to better understand the technical background
• Taking part in building strong IT 1st level support for entire LH Group

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors
