Tasks

• Endorsement of the IT Team members referring to all duties in the day-to-day business
• Collaboration with IT team members to ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems
• Collecting functional requirements and evaluating against technical feasibility
• Assistance with IT projects and initiatives
• Supporting assessing technical solution alternatives and developing recommendations together with technical experts
• Coordination of smaller IT integrations with support of the team
• Ensuring smooth operation of IT systems/applications in the respective functional areas with support of the team
• Creation of IT documentation
• IT systems medium configuration adjustments
• Administrative tasks
• Support of IT Product Managers in terms of applications management after SaaS Product Go-Live
• Endorsement of the IT Product manager referring to all duties in the day-to-day business
• Support of SAP interfaces (oData, WebService, Idoc)
• Power Platform applications creation
• Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

• Master/Bachelor degree
• Interested in IT-related projects
• Efficient troubleshooting abilities
• Good functional and technical knowledge of IT systems
• Knowledge of IT Security and Compliance requirements
• Ability to easily communicate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical prospects (verbal and written format)
• Excellent knowledge of English (both oral and written)
• Excellent PC skills (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
• Understanding of SaaS concept
• Understanding of cloud architecture
• Diligent, independent, and systematic approach to work
• Strong time management and organizational skills
