Junior IT Administrator (m/f/d)

Our IT team plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our entire company. We support colleagues with any IT-related questions and continuously strive to automate processes and improve our diverse infrastructure.

We foster a collaborative, solution-oriented environment where growth and curiosity are encouraged. To strengthen our team further, we are now looking for a motivated Junior IT Administrator (m/f/d) eager to grow and help shape the backbone of our tech operations.

What you will do

• Installation and configuration of IT infrastructure (workstations, laptops, smartphones (iOS/Android), printers, network components etc.)
• User account and identity management
• Software license tracking and compliance
• Providing first to third level support for hardware, software and networking issues
• Maintenance and replacement of IT hardware and peripherals
• Hardware inventory and asset management
• Working in a modern, cloud-first environment with tools such as Atlassian Stack, Jamf, SentinelOne, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Juniper Networks
• Participation in cross-functional IT projects
• Ongoing improvement and development of our internal IT infrastructure

Who you are

• Completed vocational training or a university degree in an IT-related field
• Confident in working with both Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD) administration
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, Jira and other common productivity applications
• Eager to explore and learn new IT topics and tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of initiative and willingness to adapt to new technologies
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Nice to have

• First working experience in IT administration
• Experience in network engineering
