Junior Global Automation Marketing Manager (d/f/m)

What you´ll do

• We are seeking a forward-thinking and experienced Digital Marketing Automation to lead the Automation and Analytics of our CRM (develop strategies, analyze performance, implement action plans and collaborate with different teams to improve Henkel’s online presence).
• Steering Marketing Automation campaigns and audience segmentation, being responsible from setup to activation and performance analysis for our HCB CRM programs.
• Develop and maintain marketing automation workflows and campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall CRM objectives.
• Segment audiences and personalize communication strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates for both HCB Retail & Pro CRM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for marketing automation and analytics tools.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in marketing automation and analytics, incorporating them into strategies as appropriate.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to measure campaign performance.
• Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and guide strategic decisions.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, IT, communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Marketing Automation or similar.
• Strong project management skills combined with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in analytics tools and marketing automation platforms, with a keen ability to translate data into actionable campaign insights and messages that are compelling and aligned with brand identity.
• Beneficial: Experience with Adobe toolbox (ACS, AEP, CJA), Databricks & Power BI.
• Fluent English skills, Spanish is a plus.
