Junior Designer (Focus Paid Social) (m/f/d)

What can you expect

To strengthen our performance marketing team, we are now looking for you as a Junior Designer (Focus Paid Social) on a full-time or part-time basis.

• You will be responsible for creating high-quality static and video assets for a range of ad concepts across Paid Social channels, with a strong focus on Meta platforms.
• You’ll collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing Team, contributing from the initial brainstorming sessions all the way through to the final delivery of assets.
• You will ensure that all assets meet both technical requirements and creative standards.
• You will regularly optimize existing creatives by conducting testing.

Your profile

• You have proven experience in creating assets specifically for Meta platforms.
• You are proficient in using tools such as Photoshop, Figma, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Capcut.
• Experience in copywriting is a plus.
• You have a deep understanding of data-driven marketing and social advertising strategies.
