What We're Looking For

We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Developer to join our Business Development team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in driving our business development efforts, helping to shape the future of battery recycling, and contributing to exciting projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

Your Responsibilities

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

1. Develop and constantly optimize new products and services related to battery recycling.
2. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product and business development strategies.
3. Analyze costs, market data, and customer feedback to help develop competitive pricing models.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, and sales) to gather insights and ensure alignment on product offerings.
5. Contribute to business development initiatives, including identifying potential partners and stakeholders for collaboration.
6. Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to the team.
7. Lead discussions with potential clients and partners, building relationships and supporting business growth.

Your profile

What You Need To Succeed

1. A few years of experience in business development, product development, or a related role, ideally in a startup or dynamic environment.
2. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
3. Strong analytical skills with an interest in market dynamics, pricing strategies, and product development.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
5. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage tasks independently.
6. A passion for sustainability and an interest in the recycling or cleantech sectors.
