We're currently looking for a (Junior) Art Director 2D & 3D (all genders) passionate about interactive and immersive media.
You'll collaborate with other designers, 3D artists, UX experts, and creative technologists to enhance brand communication for a variety of clients like Samsung, Spotify or Gustavo Gusto.
Your role involves conceptualizing and designing engaging experiences for both national and international clients, transforming ideas into compelling visuals for pitches, and presenting cases for external communications. Your expertise in design, including typography, UX/UI, and storytelling, will be crucial in maintaining the high conceptual and aesthetic quality of our projects.

Expertise in visual design, graphic design, and motion design
User-specific concept development
Creating pitchdecks within new business activities
Education or a degree in graphic design, media design, or communication design
At least one year of agency or professional experience in graphic design, media design, or UI design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma
Teamwork skills
Sustained enthusiasm for digital innovations
Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
Structured work methods and independent time management
Curiosity and an eye for detail
Interest and experience in real-time technology
Experience with generative AI applications
Experience in photography
