Jr. FP&A Manager (m/f/d)

The Moonfare Finance Team is responsible for all accounting, reporting, tax compliance, financial planning, budgeting, investor relations, and fundraising activities. We work closely with our partners across the business to drive business outcomes and create transparency on financials and metrics. We guide decision-making and resource allocation through the analysis of trends & drivers and develop comprehensive and efficient reporting. We are searching for a Jr. FP&A Manager to join our dedicated team in Berlin to own financial reporting at Moonfare, help teams across the business understand their data and drive automation.

You will:

  • Contribute to the budgeting and re-forecasting process at Moonfare, build and maintain the business model on Pigment, our EPM tool
  • Assist in Management and Shareholder reporting at Moonfare, story-telling the status-quo of the business through commercial, financial, and operational data
  • Prepare key weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual reports for the board, leadership & shareholders
  • Partner with the data team to ensure high data quality that will allow our teams to make informed decisions and plan accurately
  • Collaborate with all department leads to drive budget discipline through effective business partnering
  • Support Moonfare's profitable growth journey
The next Moonfarian:

  • 4+ years experience working within a FP&A role or business operations
  • Previous experience working with EPM/ERP systems such as Pigment, Anaplan, etc.
  • Previous experience with financial/business reporting/management reporting
  • Financial modeling, budgeting and planning
  • Exceptional data analysis & visualisation skills
  • Project and stakeholder management skills
  • Has a high attention to detail, is hardworking and motivated
