About the Role

You will manage the generation of marketing qualified leads (MQLs) for the Talogy within your specified region, Benelux-Dach. Reporting into the Senior Demand Generation Manager – Team Lead Europe, you’ll be responsible for generating and nurturing leads using both digital marketing and more traditional (physical) marketing and inbound strategies.

You will develop a deep understanding of the market needs through external research and by gaining insights from your line-of-business managers, sales, and consulting team members who speak with clients and prospects directly.

You’ll be a member of the Global Marketing Team, though will have ownership of the Benelux-Dach region along with the Senior Demand Generation Manager.

You’ll work closely with your regional leadership team to:

  1. Design and deliver strategy and content for on-and offline lead-generation, client penetration and retention initiatives.
  2. Create compelling content and work with HubSpot to generate leads and nurture.
  3. Track and report back to stakeholders on campaign success.
  4. Utilise MarTech to make the biggest impact.

  • You love to be inspired: You’ll be working closely with a clever bunch of occupational psychologists, thought-leaders and sales leaders. You will collaborate with your stakeholders and develop marketing campaigns in-step with both the business’ and the market’s needs.
  • Strategic: You can see the big picture and understand how to translate market needs into effective marketing strategies.
  • Love to research: You love to explore data. Client/prospect data, AdPro data, search data and more to identify campaign successes and failures and of course keep a close eye on trends, themes and content cravings within the market.
  • Inspired iteration: If you’ve a ‘set and forget’ mindset – you won’t enjoy this role. You'll need to be motivated by continuous improvement and be inquisitive in nature.
  • Results driven: You love showcasing how marketing activities positively impact the business.
  • Experienced: Leveraging your experience with digital marketing, you will have demonstrable experience in developing lead-generating web content and using persona marketing and platforms such as Hubspot/Pardot/Eloqua/Odoo.
  • Engaged: You enjoy taking on challenges and you like ‘rolling up your sleeves and getting stuff done’.
  • Team player & influencer: You want others to succeed and have the desire to support a sales team with varied needs.
  • Meticulous about deadlines: You like setting your own deadlines and meeting them without sacrificing the quality of your work product.
  • Detailed: You have the eye of a hawk and are able to send perfect campaigns without multiple reviews and sign-off reliance.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements

  • Strong writing skills: you can write compelling articles and ads in both German and English.
  • Experience: you have 2+ years of experience as Demand Generation Manager or Marketing project Manager.
  • Created Integrated Marketing: You’ve developed broad integrated marketing programs leveraging digital marketing, event & tradeshow management, ABM, third-party advertising, sponsorships and affiliations.
  • Digital marketing: You are experienced creating digital lead creation and nurture campaigns.
  • Event & tradeshow management: You have a proven track record in running company-owned events and webinars.
  • Content creation and dissemination: You’ve experience in spotting ‘content gaps’ in the market.
  • Collaboration with key teams: You have worked closely with senior leaders, sales, account management and subject matter experts.
  • Supporting sales teams to succeed: You’ve helped set up and drive lead progression models and activities.
  • Used data to assess effectiveness: You’ve collected, monitored and analysed marketing metrics.
  • Success reporting: You’ve generated monthly reports on the success of your marketing activities.
  • Marketing org: You have worked within a larger marketing organisation.
  • Market insight: You have worked within companies or with solutions in the B2B world, ideally within Talent Management/HR.
