To strengthen the Competence Center (KC) Control Document Center of NOW IT GmbH in Düsseldorf, we are looking for a new employee in pay group 11 TV EntgO-DRV as soon as possible.

System administrator (f / m / d)

The KC Control Document Center is responsible for the receipt, processing and forwarding of documents for the areas of dispatch printing, in-house central printing and archiving.

As part of document processing, the KC Control Document Center also manages large parts of the server administration in addition to various standard software and makes intensive use of system-side scripts. Programming in Java is also one of the KC's tasks in some areas. Most of the work is carried out in small teams.

As a system administrator (m / f / d)

• The analysis of data
• The design and development of workflows
• Configuring standard software and integrating it into existing or newly created workflows using scripting
• Server and system administration for the hardware and software components used by KC (primarily Red Hat Linux and Windows Server from 2016)
• Advising customers on technical issues
• Maintenance of existing IT solutions and their further development

You have a relevant university degree in the field of computer science or a comparable relevant degree at level 6 of the German Qualifications Framework.

We would also like you to have

• Knowledge in creating scripts, ideally under Windows and Linux
• Knowledge of the server operating systems Windows (from 2016) and Red Hat Linux and the general conception of workflows
• Experience in working in project and working groups and in dealing with customers
• Knowledge of the software used (CPMILL from Compart, POSY from SET and Automation Engine from Automic) is desirable.
• Knowledge of document preparation.
