Tasks

• As an IT system administrator for ITSM systems, you will operate multi-level system landscapes and develop them further with a view to customer requirements.
• You will also be involved in patch and release management, including the planning of corresponding upgrades.
• You act as a contact person for customers and support them during the process - from the first consultation to the go-live and ensure the functionality of the implementation even after go-live.
• The implementation of interface and integration requirements is also one of your regular tasks.
• You are happy to pass on your experience to your ITSM DevOps colleagues.

Requirements

• Your sound IT know-how, which you have acquired, for example, through training or studies in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification, is complemented by professional experience at a technical and/or process level with One Identity Manager: in and/or ServiceNow.
• You already have several years of experience in the operation and development of One Identity IAM solutions (e.g., Identity Manager: in, Safeguard, Starling) or the ServiceNow platform.
• You also have a good understanding of ITIL processes.
• You are familiar with the configuration and programming of customer-specific extensions with integrated developer tools.
• Ideally, you have a One Identity Manager: in Implementation Certification (#IM-IC) and/or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator: in.
• You have a solution- and process-oriented mindset and a desire to get to the bottom of things.
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English.

In IT Service Management, you will be responsible for the design, operation, and further development of software solutions to support ITSM processes in the ITSM DevOps team. You ensure a uniform and standardized system landscape and provide a stable and consistent architecture for optimal support of business processes.
