Job in Germany : IT Service Manager Support (m / w / d)

These are your main areas of activity

1. Assisting in the implementation of local business requirements and needs, in collaboration with the Head of IT Operations
2. Responsibility for 1st and 2nd level support in Germany
3. Support for the infrastructure and system manager
4. Main contact person for user support, taking into account the defined KPIs
5. Responsibility for the onboarding and offboarding of users in Germany
6. Purchasing and installing hardware and software for customers
7. Organization of training courses for users
8. Care and maintenance of audio and video equipment and meeting rooms in the office

What you bring with you

1. Completed studies or qualified training in the field of IT with a relevant focus
2. A recognized certification from the industry (e.g. CAN, MCP, CCNA, MCSE) or a comparable combination of practical experience and training is an advantage
3. Several years of experience in IT support for customers
4. Very good knowledge of Microsoft client operating systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Business fluent in German and very good written and spoken English skills
7. Knowledge of French is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement
