Tasks

As a Telecommunications Administrator, you are responsible for the design, provision, support, and optimization of telecommunications systems (Mitel/Unify), always ensuring secure and smooth operation. You will:

1. Make a significant contribution to ensuring that the telecommunications systems and the applications required for them are always provided on Linux and Windows servers in line with requirements, deadlines, and quality.
2. Independently coordinate the requirements of clients for telecommunications support and integration into their managed applications and ensure high-quality implementation.
3. Be responsible for the timely and high-quality provision of telecommunications applications such as contact centers and IVRs requested by clients.
4. Ensure the timely integration and implementation of new functionalities and actively participate in the on-call duty of the telecommunications team.

Requirements

You have:

1. A degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
2. Several years of professional experience in the administration of telecommunications systems, including virtual ones.
3. Experience working with clients and managing service providers.
4. Knowledge of unified communications and the provision of telecommunications applications.
5. A proactive, communicative way of working and a desire to get to the bottom of things.

Your Role in the Team

In the telecommunications team, your focus will be on the operation of telecommunications systems. These systems are provided in close cooperation with those responsible for the underlying server hardware. The team works together to ensure continuous operation and is on call 24/7.
