An exciting opportunity has arisen from a fast-growing financial institute in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
As a Japanese-speaking Relationship Manager in their Corporate Banking Division, you will be responsible for representing them and communicating with customers (existing and potential) with a view to explore and develop business.

TYPE: 1 year contract to start (to become permanent)
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)
SALARY: €50-69k depending on experiences + GOOD Benefits
START: ASAP (negotiable)
VISA: The company can provide visa support for the right candidate

Relationship Manager Responsibilities:

1. Representing the company and communicating with customers (existing and potential) with a view to explore and develop business
2. Grasping deposit taking and lending opportunities through direct contact with existing and potential customers
3. Checking deposit and lending related documents and contracts, and carrying out negotiations with internal legal related team
4. Creating necessary materials for credit analysis and its strategy working with parent bank relevant division
5. Producing reports and presentation materials, including business
6. Maintaining and updating relevant internal policy & procedures
7. Executing such other duties related to the Corporate Banking Division as the Bank management may from time-to-time reasonably require
8. Coordinating and conducting liaison activities with the parent bank with regards to the above mentioned responsibilities

1. Ideally a relevant graduate’s degree holder
2. 3 to 5 years’ work experience in the corporate banking business for Japanese companies
3. Business level of fluency in both English and Japanese (equivalently JLPT N2 or above)
4. Team player, good communication skills and detail-oriented
5. Enjoy working in an international setting
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
