About the role

Are you passionate about using cutting-edge technology to tackle complex challenges? Join our Global IT team in Munich as an ITSM Suite System Consultant (m/f/d). You’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. This role offers a mix of routine and variety, with plenty of opportunities to shape our IT services. You’ll support daily operations and take on your own projects early on.

What you will do

• You will act as point of contact for internal and external customers
• You will be part of an interdisciplinary team, gaining insights into various ITSM areas
• You manage change, problem, incident, and service request processes
• You participate in automation development and enhancement projects to reduce colleagues’ workload
• You oversee USU API interfaces (mainly PowerShell and Python) to ensure smooth operations
• You improve data management, data quality processes, and satellite systems

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in ITSM service management tools
• Proficient in PythonScript and PowerShellScript - Java is a plus
• Experience with cloud technologies and their services (AD, IAM, managed service, app registration), preferably with Azure
• Strong interest in system processes, automation evolution, and orchestration concepts
• Ability to manage, update, and operate Tomcat
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills in German and English
