Responsibilities

• Experience with Powershell & Windows 10 and 11
• Optimization of local networks and Wi-Fi streaming
• Experience in small local network set-ups
• Processing malfunctions and developing customized solutions
• Ensuring the security and privacy of computer systems
• Carrying out training courses
• Support at trade fairs and customer appointments
• Level 3 customer support
• Troubleshooting and device repairs
• Testing computer hardware to ensure their functionality
