WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
- As a point of contact for 1st and 2nd level support, you oversee our network structure across all workstations (Windows) and production areas (Linux), ensuring IT services are provided to all employees.
- You independently troubleshoot issues in the desktop, printer, and mobile areas. Additionally, you develop and implement technical solutions based on our established support principles.
- You monitor our network infrastructures (hardware, TCP/IP, routers, Wi-Fi) and analyse issues in WLAN and LAN using relevant network protocols.
- You stay updated with new applications and technological developments, continuously expanding your knowledge and skills to support the IT team and our employees best.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
- You have completed an education in the IT field, such as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, IT Specialist, or IT Administrator.
- Ideally, you have professional experience in 1st and 2nd-level support and are comfortable working with networks like TCP/IP, VLAN, Ethernet, or Wi-Fi. With this knowledge and your strong service orientation, you effectively resolve issues and ensure the delivery of IT services.
- You take full responsibility for your tasks and proactively contribute ideas within the team to optimise support procedures, documentation processes, and knowledge transfer while continuously improving IT structures.
- You actively shape your team's success and are an essential point of contact. With your strong communication skills, you share your expertise clearly, sustainably, and in a way adapted to your colleagues' knowledge level.
- You preferably have good written and spoken skills in both German and English.
