IT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Administration, installation, configuration and further development of the existing IT infrastructure
• Support for client work environments and typical client software (MS Office package) including hardware and software implementations
• Resolving incoming IT faults, managing the internal support ticket system, error analysis and troubleshooting
• Introduction and technical support of software applications including documentation
• Collaboration in the evaluation, creation and implementation of IT concepts as well as process and workflow optimization
• Monitoring and updating IT security guidelines

Your Profile

• Completed training in the IT sector
• Confident handling of Microsoft technologies, Windows Server & clients, Office 365, mobile devices & iOS (laptop, tablet, smartphone)
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD as well as Sharepoint and Teams
• Knowledge of IT security (e.g. antivirus software, firewall, network)
• Service-oriented and responsible thinking and acting in a production-related environment
• Good knowledge of German and English
