To strengthen our team, we are looking for an IT System Administrator (m/f/d) for our own organization as well as customer projects with knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure.

This Is Where You Get Involved

1. Administration of applications, networks and telecommunication systems.
2. Administration, conception and further development of the Microsoft 365 hybrid environment (SharePoint Online, Exchange-Hybrid, Azure, Teams) and Azure infrastructure as well as in the context of customer projects.
3. Development of IT security measures.
4. Ensuring the central availability of IT systems.
5. Installation, configuration, maintenance and monitoring of clients.
6. Data backup and recovery.
7. Firewall and VPN solution support.
8. 1st and 2nd level support for our employees and customers.
9. Carrying out problem analyses and troubleshooting.
10. Experienced support of our customer concerns (MS365 introduction & support, Business Central introduction & support, consulting in the IT landscape).

What Sets You Apart

1. Completed studies in computer science or a related course of study or completed training as an IT specialist and several years of professional experience in system administration.
2. Advanced knowledge of network technology and current security components.
3. Knowledge of the administration and management of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure/Entra.
4. Enjoy familiarizing yourself with new technologies and systems and integrating them effectively into the existing IT landscape.
5. Knowledge of the administration of current operating systems (Windows/MacOS, iOS & Android).
6. Team-oriented working style with a proactive approach.
7. Good written and spoken English skills.
8. Very good methodological skills, communication skills and service orientation round off your profile.
9. Ideally knowledge of Linux.
10. Ideally initial experience in Microsoft's Cloud Solution Provider Program (CSP).
