Job Title : IT System Administrator (m / w / d)

Location : Geretsried, Germany (close to Munich)

Remote Work : Hybrid (up to 2 days of home office per week)

Travel : Local client visits within a 45-minute radius

Salary : €45,000 - €60,000

Relocation Support : Financial assistance available

Contract Type : Permanent (Open-ended)

Your Responsibilities

1. Plan, implement, and develop IT infrastructure projects
2. Manage and administer Microsoft or Linux environments
3. Install, develop, and support customer IT environments
4. Provide remote & on-site support to clients
5. Support pre-sales activities by assisting the sales team with technical insights
6. Set up and manage cloud projects
7. Configure hardware and software for client environments

What You Need to Succeed

Experience & Skills

1. 3+ years of experience in IT administration / infrastructure
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure / 365, Exchange, SQL
3. Server administration experience (Windows or Linux)
4. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a solution-oriented manner

Languages

1. German (B2) – Required for client communication
2. English (C1) – Essential for technical documentation and internal collaboration

Education & Certifications

1. Preferred : IT-related degree or equivalent qualification
2. Big Plus : Apprenticeship as "Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration"

Work Hours : Standard 40 hours / week, or 32 hours / week with salary adjustment
