IT Strategy Manager

One of the largest clothing retailers in Europe is looking for a Strategy Manager focused on large scale IT projects where you will lead a team of 2 people. They have over 1,000 stores across Europe & Asia, grossed +€4 billion last year and are looking to continue their success with you.

The position:

• Lead the planning and execution of IT strategy in alignment with overall Business Strategy, focusing on profitability and key performance indicators.
• Independently manage strategic IT projects, collaborating closely with controlling teams to plan and implement solutions.
• Leadership of 2 consultants in KPI definition, creating impactful analyses and reports to support decision-making.
• Actively contribute to project design and execution, offering creative solutions to complex challenges and reporting progress.

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Finance, Economics, or a comparable field of study.
• Professional experience in Strategy creation and Project Management, ideally within a consulting environment.
• Expertise or understanding in KPI definition or controlling topics.
• Business fluent in German and English.
