(Senior) IT Supplier Relationship Management Consultant (m / w / d)

We are looking for a Senior Consultant (m / f / d) to join our team at our locations in Münster, Berlin, Stockholm, Verl, or Amsterdam - flexible working conditions available.

Your Responsibilities:

• Guide clients and partners in integrating our product into their existing system landscapes, ensuring seamless communication with developers, product owners, project managers, and accountants.
• Provide tailored advice on API usage and optimal configurations, such as tariff models and dunning processes, to meet client needs.
• Understand the specific needs of new and existing clients, advising them on how to best utilize our product to achieve their business goals.
• Stay updated on trends in the EV charging market and collaborate with product managers to refine and enhance our product features based on market demands and client feedback.
• Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during complex pitches and articulating the value proposition of our product to secure new business opportunities.
• Gather and document client requirements, working closely with product managers to translate these into actionable product enhancements.

Your Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in consulting, process management, project/product management, or similar, with a strong focus on subscription billing and accounting.
• Ability to explain APIs to developers and simplify complex system contexts for business stakeholders, such as BPMN flows.
• Familiarity with the mobility or EV charging sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Fluent in English (C1+ level); proficiency in German is a significant plus.
