Your Job What This Role Looks Like.
Independently managing (rollout) projects with up to 20 teams in a customer interaction environment throughout the entire life cycle
Cooperating with departments in various ALDI countries
Establishing road maps in an agile setup in consideration of overall timelines
International stakeholder management and professional risk management skills
Managing (technical) interdependencies between different initiatives and projects in order to raise the business value for our ALDI stores and customers
Introducing and monitoring agile metrics on a project level and deriving appropriate measures
Stakeholder management and reporting
Your Profile What You Bring With You.
Degree with a focus on information technology or management
At least five years of experience in project management
Solid understanding of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and project management methods (e.g. PRINCE2)
Strong analytical and organisational skills
Creative approach to solving problems with an ability to focus on details while keeping the big picture in sight
Fluency in English (C1 - C2 Level)
Desirable extras.
First experiences with IT projects in an international context
Certifications in project management methods (e.g. PRINCE2)
