- International and interdisciplinary collaboration: As an IT Product Owner & Team Lead for Service Management, you will work in a globally networked team of around 4,300 colleagues that operates in over 50 countries.

- Take responsibility: You are responsible for building and leading a self-organized, agile scrum team of Inhouse Consultants for Service Management in a scaled agile environment. You will drive and coach the team to continuously improve performance and cooperation.
- Networked communication: The analysis and optimization of processes in cooperation with the respective business departments are part of your tasks.
- Think holistically: You will frequently align with other process areas, ensuring consistent integrated process and IT solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Business Engineering or equivalent.
- Personality and Working Practice: Excellent communication skills, structured and goal-oriented working style, strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience and Knowledge: Many years of experience in functional configuration, design, and implementation of IT solutions in SAP CRM Service. Experience in a scaled agile environment in a Product Owner or similar role.
- Willingness to travel: Up to 30%.
- Languages: Fluent written and spoken English; German skills are beneficial.
