IT/OT Project Manager (m/f/d)

What you'll do

• In this role you will support Greenfield and Brownfield projects, with a strong focus on the integration of IT and OT systems to optimize plant operations.
• To ensure efficient and scalable plant construction you will lead the development, review, and continuous improvement of technical standards for IT and OT.
• You will define, establish, and manage project organizations and teams, clarifying roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders.
• Making sure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality you will oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• While coordinating with internal teams and external partners to meet project objectives you will develop and maintain detailed project plans, technical documentation, and regular progress reports.

Who you are

• Ideally you hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for technical and project management tasks in IT/OT integration.
• With several years of proven experience in IT/OT project management you were successfully delivering complex projects in industrial environments with a focus on meeting deadlines and budgets.
• You have extensive hands-on experience in creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation, ensuring all stakeholders have clear and accurate information about systems, processes, and project progress.
• It is advantageous to have strong knowledge of industrial automation technologies and communication protocols (e.g., OPC, Modbus), with experience in control engineering.
• Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills come with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
