IT Global Lead - Mining Apps & Infrastructure

YOUR MISSION

• Provide strategic guidance to business partners on technological advancements, technical feasibility, and business impact within the mining applications and IT infrastructure
  
• Lead cross-functional teams in understanding, collecting, and documenting business requirements and user stories associated with mining processes
• Drive innovation by translating requirements into functional capabilities and processes in line with the overall enterprise architecture and system landscape
• Mentor and collaborate with Program / Project / Test / Release Managers, ensuring solutions meet identified requirements
• Lead backlog management by identifying, collecting, and prioritizing new user requirements and proactively recommending improvements to processes and capabilities

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Extensive experience in leading teams and projects with the ability to inspire and guide business partners in implementing innovative solutions, ideally in global mining business
• Technical and strategic expertise in mining applications and solutions configuration
• Strong business acumen in improving manufacturing or product development processes and applications
• In-depth knowledge of BPMN as a graphical representation for specifying processes in a business process model
• Collaborative team player with can-do and early adopter mentality
• Fluency in English with ideally proficient German
