To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for several

IT Consultants (m/f/d) for customer consulting in software projects

for our headquarters directly on Dortmund's Phoenixsee and our locations in Darmstadt, Dresden and Karlsruhe. Our positions are available both full-time and part-time from 32 hours per week - completely flexible and compatible with your individual needs.

This Is What It's All About

• You advise and support our customers in software projects, such as software launches and migrations, and work closely with the sales managers and project managers.
• You model and document business processes and workflows to create a clear structure.
• You will also support internal requirements management and actively contribute to product development.

• You have a degree, for example in energy management, urban water management, supply engineering or business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have experience in customer consulting and good knowledge of agile project management methods, especially SCRUM.
• Know-how in the field of business process modeling (BPM) is desirable.
• You are communicative and enjoy working independently.
• Flexibility and a willingness to travel occasionally round off your profile.
