Freudenberg is seeking an IT Business Process Partner to drive the success of our German payroll systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead complex projects, optimize technical systems, and make a lasting impact on our digital transformation journey.
Your Impact:
Technical Expertise: With your extensive experience in SAP HCM & Payroll Systems, IT architecture, and understanding of complex systems, you lead the technical evolution of our payroll systems; including integration and continuous improvement.
Project Management: You will manage cross-functional teams and lead technical projects from start to finish. The ability to keep pace, project timelines, deliverables, and clear stakeholder coordination is key.
Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Through assessing requirements and applying design-thinking solutions, you develop the SAP Payroll System for Freudenberg and ensure that it’s aligned with business needs and digital innovation.
Collaboration & Communication: You engage and influence both internal teams (IT, business groups) and external partners (service providers) to drive results. This includes offering effective communication and fostering a sense of community and engaging key users.
Adaptability & Problem Solving: You troubleshoot issues, negotiate systems updates, suggest improvements, and manage system enhancements with minimal oversight and a strong sense of ownership.
Qualifications:
Education: A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
Experience: Expertise in SAP HCM and payroll systems.
Track Record: Proven ability to lead complex technical projects.
Language: Business level German and English.
