Join Our Team as an IT Business Partner Human Resources

HRIT People are working with a global business just 30 minutes south of Stuttgart, with 6,000 employees in over 30 countries. With an exciting global HR-Digitalization project ahead, with the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, we are searching for an IT Business Partner Human Resources to join the team.

Your Challenge:

1. You are HR's IT sparring partner, supporting the development of processes and business models nationally & internationally.
2. You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and prioritizing business requirements and designing creative and innovative IT solutions, taking into account the strategic goals of the HR department.
3. You will advise on and develop global solutions and architectures with the aim of driving digital transformation forward.
4. You will coordinate and support the development of decision papers for the management of HR worldwide in close cooperation with HR management.
5. You lead and coordinate global project activities for the introduction of new tools.
6. You are responsible for the smooth operation of the relevant HR applications and the management of the associated partners.
7. You will support the application of and compliance with IT governance, e.g. with regard to architecture, security and compliance requirements.

Your Profile:

1. Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification.
2. Several years of professional experience in interface functions between IT and business, preferably in the role of Business Partner or IT Demand Manager.
3. Strong analytical skills, including analyzing complex business requirements combined with fundamental knowledge of IT technology and IT processes.
4. Experience in coordinating and working within a global matrix organization.
5. Business fluent in written and spoken English (German is a valuable Bonus).
6. Convincing appearance based on professional and binding cooperation with all stakeholders.
7. Team and goal-oriented approach to work, coupled with a willingness to travel occasionally.
