YanTech Associates are searching for an IT Business Analyst to join our client remotely in Germany (must have English and German speaking skills). We are working with a European-leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of the company's applications and systems while ensuring compliance with GxP quality standards. As a Business Analyst focusing on IT, you will be working towards developing innovative solutions to drive organizational success.

Key responsibilities:

1. Analyze operations, scope projects, and document process flows in collaboration with production teams.
2. Define Information Systems solutions and lead implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of ERP modules.
3. Manage incident resolution and provide ongoing support for ERP issues.
4. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an ERP environment.
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office365 applications, especially advanced Excel functions.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Fluent in German and English.
