What You Can Expect

• Administration, maintenance and optimization of the IT infrastructure
• Support and further development of Windows and Linux server landscapes
• Installation, configuration and monitoring of hardware and software
• Administration and maintenance of the Active Directory (AD) environment (user administration, group policies, authorizations)
• Error analysis, troubleshooting and support in 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support
• Ensuring IT security and data protection guidelines
• Backup and recovery management
• Documentation of IT systems and processes

• Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification
• 2-3 years of professional experience in the learned profession
• Experience in Active Directory and Office365, especially SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
• Knowledge of virtualization solutions with HyperV
• Administration of the IT infrastructure (first/second level support)
• Network knowledge (OSI layer, VLAN, routing)
• Experience and knowledge of IT security (firewall, VPN, proxy) and data backup strategies
• Experience in the administration of Linux servers and SQL databases desirable
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Responsible and independent way of working
