About the Position:

As our IT Administrator, you are the central contact person for all matters relating to our hardware and software systems, supporting our on-site team with your tech skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• System Management: Review, evaluate, install, and configure hardware and software systems
• Maintenance: Monitor and maintain computers, network systems, and server equipment
• SAP Coordination: Analyze and manage SAP interfaces
• System Updates: Handle system updates, data availability, and regular backups
• User Management: Apply for user accounts and authorizations
• Problem Solving: Consolidate and analyze end-user issues
• Service Tickets: Create IT service tickets and inquiries to the service desk or Upfield IT
• External Coordination: Commission and instruct external companies and suppliers

Requirements:

• Education: Completed training or comparable studies in IT
• Experience: Several years as an IT administrator, preferably in a production environment
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT systems and their interactions. SAP knowledge is a plus
• Service Center Experience: Initial experience with shared service centers is beneficial
• Languages: Good written and spoken German and English
• Personal Traits: Open-minded, service-oriented, independent worker with a willingness to learn. High commitment, team spirit, and strong communication skills
