What You Can Expect From Us

• Exciting and varied tasks in IT administration, from network components to firewalls
• Integration and administration of modern cloud services such as Exchange Online and cloud backups
• Analysis and solution of hardware, software and network problems
• Developing new products for our customers
• Independent implementation of customer requirements and IT projects
• Configuration and administration of IT infrastructures - from servers and networks to storage solutions
• Supporting the team with IT issues, for example with the installation of Windows servers
• Implementation and optimization of IT security measures and resolution of security incidents
• Monitoring, maintenance and configuration of network infrastructures, including switches, routers and firewalls

What You Bring With You

• You have completed IT training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification and have over 6 years of professional experience
• You have a class B driving license
• You have some experience in virtualization with HyperV, VMware or Proxmox
• You have knowledge of migrating servers and clients for companies of up to 100 people
• You have already carried out migrations from on-prem Exchange servers to Exchange Online
• You are familiar with the configuration of WLAN networks
• You are familiar with firewalls (e.g. Sophos, Securepoint), VLAN, routing and NAT
• You are familiar with Powershell

Nice-to-have (but Not a Must)

• Experience with Mailstore
• Experience with Intune
• Experience with Citrix
• Experience with cloud telephony facilities
