Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private equity or investment banking and a proven ability to lead deal execution in complex and time-sensitive environments. This role offers significant responsibility from day one, including direct interaction with founders, corporates, and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of new investments, including deal origination, financial analysis, due diligence, structuring, and negotiation
  • Drive transaction processes involving complex corporate carve-outs, restructurings, and special situations
  • Evaluate investment opportunities with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to modelling, market analysis, and risk assessment
  • Develop investment theses and present recommendations to the investment committee
  • Work closely with management teams post-acquisition to support value creation initiatives and strategic decision-making
  • Monitor portfolio company performance and maintain ongoing oversight of operational and financial KPIs
  • Contribute to the firm’s sourcing efforts by developing relationships with corporates, advisors, and intermediaries

Candidate Profile

  • 5–8 years of experience in private equity, special situations investing, or M&A advisory with a focus on complex transactions
  • Strong deal execution track record, ideally with exposure to carve-outs, distressed assets, or transitional businesses
  • Deep analytical skills and advanced financial modelling capabilities
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to assess value levers and strategic growth opportunities
  • Self-starter with a high level of maturity, integrity, and drive
  • Experience interacting directly with senior stakeholders, management teams, and advisors
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage
  • Strong academic background; degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
