Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private equity or investment banking and a proven ability to lead deal execution in complex and time-sensitive environments. This role offers significant responsibility from day one, including direct interaction with founders, corporates, and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of new investments, including deal origination, financial analysis, due diligence, structuring, and negotiation
Drive transaction processes involving complex corporate carve-outs, restructurings, and special situations
Evaluate investment opportunities with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to modelling, market analysis, and risk assessment
Develop investment theses and present recommendations to the investment committee
Work closely with management teams post-acquisition to support value creation initiatives and strategic decision-making
Monitor portfolio company performance and maintain ongoing oversight of operational and financial KPIs
Contribute to the firm’s sourcing efforts by developing relationships with corporates, advisors, and intermediaries
Candidate Profile
5–8 years of experience in private equity, special situations investing, or M&A advisory with a focus on complex transactions
Strong deal execution track record, ideally with exposure to carve-outs, distressed assets, or transitional businesses
Deep analytical skills and advanced financial modelling capabilities
Commercial mindset with the ability to assess value levers and strategic growth opportunities
Self-starter with a high level of maturity, integrity, and drive
Experience interacting directly with senior stakeholders, management teams, and advisors
Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage
Strong academic background; degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
