Investment Manager

We are recruiting for an investment firm that specializes in sustainability-driven venture capital. The firm invests in early-stage companies and funds that drive systemic change in sectors such as climate & energy, circular economy, and more.

Location - Berlin or Munich

Responsibilities:

• Investment Leadership: Source, evaluate, and execute venture capital investments in high-impact companies.
• Portfolio Management: Actively support portfolio companies by providing strategic and operational guidance.
• Due Diligence & Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial, technical, and market analysis of potential investments.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with founders, investors, and key industry partners.
• Fundraising & Thought Leadership: Represent the firm in industry events, conferences, and discussions on impact investing.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of investment experience in venture capital or growth equity, with a strong understanding of sustainability-driven business models.
• Academic background in STEM fields
• A strong track record in leading transactions and supporting portfolio companies.
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; German or other European languages are a plus.
