Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division builds and maintains close relationships with corporations and governments around the world to provide both traditional and innovative solutions that meet their individual strategic and financial needs.
Morgan Stanley applies its global network, extensive experience in dealing with local jurisdictions throughout Europe as well as in-depth knowledge of its comprehensive banking products suite to meet our clients’ short- and long-term strategic objectives.
Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division is looking for an Associate to join our team in Munich.
About the Team
Our Germany country coverage team within Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division is a leading franchise in the sector, covering a broad array of publicly listed and private companies in Germany. The companies are highly transaction oriented with Morgan Stanley advising them on a wide range of complex transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, shareholder relations, recapitalizations, demergers, leveraged buyouts and defences against unsolicited takeover attempts, strategy advisory assignments and executions of public and private capital markets transactions.
About the Role
Associates will typically work on a variety of transactions and take on significant responsibility for delivering specific elements. Associates will have the opportunity to become involved with a wide range of industrial organisations ranging from small entrepreneurial technology players to large scale industrial conglomerates. Associates will play an important role on teams that include senior professionals who will encourage you to go beyond the numbers and think creatively.
