Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Investment Banking Associate to join our clients' team in Frankfurt. As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and executing complex financial transactions. You will work closely with senior bankers and clients to provide strategic advice and deliver tailored financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support transaction execution.
2. Prepare pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materials.
3. Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial transactions.
4. Perform due diligence and industry research to support client engagements.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
6. Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments in the investment banking industry.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
2. 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
3. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Fluency in English and German.
