Starting from January 2025 we are looking for you to support our team for a period of 6 months. We will mainly need you on-site in Hannover. However, we understand that there may be days where you prefer to work from home. Therefore, we will find a solution that works for all of us - remote working hours are possible in consultation with your supervisor.
What can you expect from us:
- You support diagnostics and selection initiatives at business sector Tires level as well as the development and implementation of diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DIB) strategy.
- You work with us on our leadership development initiatives.
- You organize and implement various virtual and onsite meetings and events.
- You give general support to the TMOD Sector team, e.g., in preparation of MS PowerPoint presentations, organizing meetings, moderation, and documentation.
- You support the process of recruiting and onboarding of the new interns.

- You are studying in the field of Economic or Social Sciences like Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, so that you have basic knowledge in our area of expertise.
- If you have basic knowledge in working in a matrix organization, this would be a plus.
- Fluent English language skills, written and verbal, is essential; German language skills would be a plus.

- You are passionate about Talent Management and Organizational Development.
- You are willing to learn as well as bring new perspectives and drive new ideas.
