We are seeking a motivated Intern (m/f/diverse) currently enrolled in an economics or business-related degree program to join the Growing Together: Enhanced Collaboration project, a joint initiative between Lufthansa Cargo (LCAG) and Swiss WorldCargo (SWC).

Tasks

1. Workshop Assistance and Facilitation: Supporting the organization and execution of workshops, including documentation and follow-up.
2. Project Communication: Assisting in preparing communication materials for stakeholders and supporting internal and external updates.
3. Budget Support: Assisting with project budgeting and organizing financial data.
4. Committee Preparation: Coordinating logistics and preparing materials for steering committees and key meetings.
5. Process Harmonization: Supporting efforts to align processes between Lufthansa Cargo and Swiss WorldCargo while respecting brand-specific requirements.

Requirements

1. At least in the 3rd semester of a degree program in Economics, Business, or a related field at the time of the internship.
2. Enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year).
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint is a plus).
4. Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
5. Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English (German is a plus), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Interpersonal Skills: Team-oriented, proactive, and comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
