Our department based in Stuttgart is responsible for the process planning of the body shell, painting and assembly of the VAN.EA in the plant construction project at the Polish site in Jawor. The engineering team for the Jawor plant currently consists of highly motivated and friendly colleagues spread across our production network worldwide, who look forward to your support.

It is also important to us that we treat each other constructively and honestly. We work with state-of-the-art technologies and international project partners.

You will face these challenges:

1. Supporting the engineering team in the planning of the new production system for the all-electric VAN.EA vehicle in Jawor.
2. Support in the planning of body shell, paint and assembly processes as part of our project team.
3. Collaboration in the daily business of the team in the context of production planning.
4. Preparation of documents/documentation for management and project management (e.g. reports, protocols).
5. Independent development of various special projects.
6. Developing ideas and concrete measures to increase efficiency.
7. Maintaining a variety of interfaces with those responsible and colleagues in the respective area of work.

Qualifikationen

1. Degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering/manufacturing technology, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study.
2. Proficient in written and spoken German and English; Polish an advantage.
3. Confident handling of MS Office.
4. Commitment and ability to work in a team.
5. Analytical mindset and technical understanding.
6. Structured thinking, practical orientation, team and communication skills as well as independence.
