Internship in the field of Employer Branding & Personnel Marketing (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- You will support the team in the implementation of HR marketing & employer branding campaigns.
- You will prepare Freudenberg's presence at career fairs and in-house events.
- You will independently conduct research and analysis projects to identify new trends in the field of HR marketing & employer branding.
- You will carry out community management on employer rating portals such as Kununu.
- You support the team with administrative issues.
- You support the design of the new career website.
Qualifications
- You are at least in the 3rd semester of your studies in economics, communications, marketing or event management or in a comparable course of study.
- You have already gained some practical experience in the HR environment, e.g. through internships or as a working student.
- You are characterized by a high level of commitment, an independent and structured way of working and reliability.
- Your strengths include excellent communication skills in dealing with various internal interfaces and external contacts.
- You feel comfortable working with Microsoft Office.
- As our team is internationally oriented, very good German and English language skills are essential.
