Tasks
- Supporting the team in maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional approach to customer communication
- Assisting in providing support for various applications, primarily in the accounting and procurement areas
- Learning and adapting to changes in support tasks, with opportunities to deepen knowledge of specific applications
- Helping to ensure customer satisfaction by providing basic, supervised support
- Building communication skills by interacting with customers and supporting the team in maintaining good relationships
- Assisting in acknowledging and tracking customer requests under the supervision of senior colleagues
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to deliver effective support
- Performing all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
- English at min. B2 level, German - good to have
