Responsibilities
As Robotic Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing the DACH region. Your scope includes prospecting, qualifying, building proposals, and closing stages of opportunities.
You will lead project discoveries for qualified Automation projects and act as the main point of contact for these projects.
You will work with Application Engineers as well as the Applications and Development teams to manage the development of projects.
You will collaborate with the company senior executives, applications, deployment, and automation teams to develop and productize applications.
You will train and educate members of the sales teams on the technical selling of application products.
Traveling: 30% of the time
Requirements
You bring 4+ years of experience in automation or robotics sales.
You preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
You have strong communication skills and are at ease presenting to clients.
You combine business and technical acumen with a strong focus on customer success.
You have demonstrated the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You have a deep interest in innovation, robotics, and AI.
You are fluent in German and have good English skills.
