International Trainee (m/f/d) - Corporate Purchasing

Your roles and responsibilities

• You benefit from an 18-month trainee program that is tailored to your personal needs.
• You are involved in international and challenging project assignments in various positions in the purchasing department. You will also gain insights into other departments and complete at least one stay abroad.
• You will get to know our business areas from different perspectives - especially with a focus on strategic initiatives as well as the procurement of materials, components, and services in order to ensure smooth production and optimize costs.
• As a member of the trainee community, you will use a wide range of training opportunities, participate in networking events, and build up your personal network in the long term.
• The focus is on your professional and personal development. Our mentoring, the regular exchange with your contacts in the functional departments, and personnel development will support you in your long-term success.
• You will receive a permanent contract and an attractive salary.

Your skills and strengths

• You have an above-average Master’s degree in industrial engineering or engineering (electrical engineering, mechatronics, vehicle technology).
• In addition, you also have practical experience through relevant internships, for example in project management, sales, or development.
• You have been abroad for at least three months and enjoy working in an international context.
• You are business fluent in English and ideally speak another foreign language; German knowledge would be desirable.
• A holistic entrepreneurial mindset and a pronounced hands-on mentality are among your core competencies.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and persuasiveness coupled with high motivation and a change mindset complete your profile.
